Technical Documentation
Our technicians produce joinery drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical layouts coordinated with MEP engineers licensed in the Veneto region. Every dimension is verified against laser surveys to prevent costly field adjustments.
Documentation packages for kitchen and bathroom renovations typically cost €3,600 and include tile layout grids specifying grout joint widths and slip-resistance ratings for wet areas.
Procurement Management
Clients may delegate ordering of furniture, fixtures, and finishes to our studio. We negotiate trade pricing with Italian manufacturers and track lead times through a shared spreadsheet updated weekly.
A procurement retainer of €1,850 covers administration for orders totalling up to €45,000. Percentage fees apply beyond that threshold, always disclosed before purchase authorisation.
Site Supervision
Fortnightly site meetings during active construction ensure contractors interpret drawings faithfully and resolve clashes before finishes are applied. We photograph progress and annotate discrepancies in a shared log.
Supervision contracts begin at €280 per visit for central Verona locations. Travel to Lake Garda or Valpolicella sites incurs mileage calculated at €0.65 per kilometre from our atelier.
Styling and Handover
After builders depart we arrange artwork, tableware, and soft furnishings so spaces feel inhabited rather than vacant. This service suits clients relocating from abroad who cannot source locally before arrival.
Styling days are billed at €640 each, including sourcing trips to antique dealers in Soave and contemporary showrooms along Corso Porta Nuova. Minimum engagement covers two full days.
