Our Approach
Insecimbio maintains a deliberately minimal approach to browser storage on insecimbio.watch. We believe interior design studios have no legitimate need for invasive tracking technologies that monitor visitor behaviour across unrelated websites.
This policy explains the single localStorage mechanism we employ and confirms the absence of traditional HTTP cookies, pixel tags, and fingerprinting scripts throughout the site architecture.
localStorage Entry
When you click Accept on the cookie banner, our JavaScript writes one key named insecimbio_cookie_consent with the value accepted to your browser localStorage. This prevents the banner from reappearing on subsequent visits to any page within our domain.
The entry contains no personal identifiers, IP addresses, or device characteristics. It does not transmit data to our servers because we operate no backend collection infrastructure for anonymous visitor metrics.
Duration and Removal
The consent record persists indefinitely until you clear site data through browser settings. Removing the entry restores the banner on your next visit, allowing you to reconsider your choice without contacting the studio.
Browser private or incognito modes may discard localStorage when sessions end, causing the banner to display again even after prior acceptance within the same browsing session.
Third-Party Cookies
We do not embed social media widgets, video players, map services, or font delivery networks that might set independent cookies beyond our control. All typography and layout assets are defined through inline CSS without external requests.
Email links open your local mail client without routing through tracking intermediaries. Telephone links invoke your device's dialler directly without analytics query parameters appended to numbers.
Legal Basis
Storage of the consent preference relies on legitimate interest in documenting acknowledgement of this policy as required by Italian implementation of the ePrivacy Directive. Because no non-essential cookies are deployed, granular category selection is unnecessary.
Updates to this policy are published on this page with revision dates noted in the legal notice. Material changes trigger banner republication for visitors whose prior consent predates amended terms.
