Visit Our Atelier
Insecimbio welcomes appointments by prior arrangement Monday through Friday between nine and eighteen hundred hours. The studio occupies the second floor of a restored nineteenth-century building with lift access from street level.
Street parking along Via Mazzini is metered during business hours. The Parcheggio Cittadella garage on Viale del Pontiere offers covered spaces approximately six minutes on foot from our entrance.
Direct Communication
Telephone enquiries reach our studio coordinator who routes messages to appropriate designers within one business day. Email attachments should not exceed fifteen megabytes; larger survey files may be shared via agreed transfer services.
New Project Enquiries
Prospective clients are encouraged to complete a brief project description including property location, approximate size, and desired start date when writing initially. This information accelerates scheduling of appropriate consultation formats.
We respond to new enquiries within three business days. During peak renovation seasons between March and June, response times may extend to five days though urgent commercial deadlines receive priority handling.
Press and Collaborations
Media requests and collaboration proposals from manufacturers should be directed to the same email address with the subject line indicating press or trade partnership. High-resolution project imagery is available to accredited publications under embargo conditions.
Trade accounts with fabric and furniture suppliers are managed internally; unsolicited catalogues may be declined unless they introduce materials unavailable through our existing procurement network.
Accessibility
Our consultation room accommodates wheelchair users and we provide written summaries of verbal discussions upon request for clients with hearing impairments. Please notify us of specific requirements when booking so appropriate arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Site visits to properties without lift access may limit the team members attending; we document inaccessible areas photographically for later review during studio presentations.
