Book a Consultation

What to Expect

Initial consultations take place at our Via Mazzini atelier or on your project site depending on accessibility and the maturity of your brief. A senior designer leads the session without sales intermediaries so technical questions receive immediate informed answers.

We ask clients to bring dimensioned plans if available, inspiration images, and realistic budget parameters. Honest figures at the outset prevent wasted effort developing proposals that exceed financial reach.

Consultation Formats

Studio consultations last ninety minutes and include a tour of material libraries and completed project photography. On-site visits extend to two hours to accommodate measurement and photographic documentation of existing conditions.

Remote video consultations serve international clients considering Verona purchases, though we always recommend a physical visit before committing to full design contracts exceeding €15,000.

Fees and Scheduling

Studio appointments are charged at €180 per session. On-site visits within Verona city limits cost €260 including travel. Appointments outside the province are quoted individually based on distance and duration.

Consultation fees credit fully toward design contracts signed within sixty days. Cancellations require forty-eight hours notice to avoid forfeiture of the booking deposit transferred at confirmation.

Preparing Your Brief

Compile a list of rooms requiring attention, noting structural elements you wish to preserve and problem areas such as inadequate storage or poor natural light. Indicate preferred completion timelines and whether you occupy the property during works.

If other consultants are involved, share their contact details so we coordinate surveys and avoid duplicated site visits that inflate preliminary costs unnecessarily.

Next Steps After Consultation

Following the meeting we issue a proposal letter summarising recommended scope, phased fee structure, and indicative programme duration. Acceptance triggers scheduling of the formal discovery phase described in our process documentation.

Projects deemed unsuitable for our expertise—such as purely structural engineering or garden landscaping without interior component—are referred to trusted associates with client permission.
